Ticket Policy

Thanks for your interest in SELECTS.

We announced ticket drops on social media. We recommend you follow our Instagram for info. on the Save The Date and Ticket Drop link – and buying your ticket as soon as we announce the ticket opening to guarantee your spot.

The byselects.com website is the only place to buy SELECTS tickets. Every SELECTS to date has SOLD OUT so we recommend moving quick.

Here are some helpful things to note for ticket purchasers:

Day of event: Entry

  1. Upon buying a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation.

  2. Your email confirmation # acts as your ticket for entry.

  3. Your name and associated ticket number will be on a list at the door.

  4. Make sure everyone in your party has their valid ID (21+ only) and email confirmation # (especially if they are arriving separately form the purchaser).

Refund Policy:
We get that life happens. You may have purchased a ticket and now can’t attend the show… because we have such high demand for our shows, we issue refunds, but with some exceptions:

  1. NO PURCHASED TICKETS WILL BE REFUNDED ON OR AFTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT. | The refund cut-off date is 11:59 P.M. the day before the event’s posted date. We will not process refunds after this time for any reason.

  2. If you would like a refund on a ticket purchased and meet the condition in number 1 above, you must contact us via email (byselects@gmail.com) with subject line: “Ticket Refund - Can’t attend.”

    1. Email must be dated and received by 11:59 p.m. the day before the posted event date.

    2. Please ensure you have your confirmation number and number of tickets to refund (if you purchased more than one).

  3. Once tickets have been refunded, they can’t be reinstated. You will have to buy a new ticket (if available).

  4. We will not refund tickets after the event for any reason.

  5. Please allow a minimum 48 hours for a refund response from SELECTS. Processing time is dependent on your form of payment and financial institution. If we have issued a refund and you don’t receive on your end, contact your financial institution first.

    *Please note: With such high demand, we recommend you offer your ticket to someone else (a friend, family member, colleague, etc.) before returning to us. It will go back into our lottery if we’re at capacity, it will go in a lottery.
